If you are a network marketer and want to succeed, you must master how to sponsor, build, and grow your business. And, since you are more than likely using online strategies to build your business … THIS is the post for you! I’m going to share some social media recruiting tips specific, to this fabulous industry.

The power of network marketing is the ability to build your system and move more products and services through the network. However, how do you build that network?

One reason network marketing gets a bad rap is that many representatives use hype and sometimes deception to lure in new people. This leads many to believe that the companies themselves encourage this behavior when in truth, they don’t. Together, let’s start shifting the way people see network marketing into the powerhouse it is!

Specifically, online.

Social Media Recruiting Tips for Network Marketing

First things first, the following tips will apply to whatever platform you choose to focus on.

Whether it be;

  1. Facebook (my top recommendation)
  2. Instagram
  3. LinkedIn
  4. Pinterest
  5. SnapChat
  6. Blogging/Personal Website

Because you see, the goal should always be the same – human first.

How do you go about social media recruiting without being weird?

Have a look at the current engagement you see on your posts. I hate to break it to you but … if the only likes n’ loves you are receiving are from those in your company — you’re doing it wrong. Sure, the support is nice but it’s not going to drive sales in your business. Or, help you with recruiting.

It’s possible your content needs some major work but it can also mean that you are not giving to receive. What is your content giving others? If the answer isn’t value it’s time to reevaluate.

Here’s the formula I want to share with you today.

And, it revolves almost 100% around engagement.

In order to receive quality engagement it takes a few things (not limited to);

  1. providing value (educational)
  2. authenticity/transparency
  3. entertaining (humor is always a nice touch)
  4. empowering your reader/viewer

When social media recruiting is your goal, give your social media audience something they would WANT to engage with. Because, engagement leads to TRUST. And, trust leads to SALES.

How can we expect someone to buy from us, let alone work with us if there’s no initial trust? I mean, in some rare cases this happens however, please note that this is not the norm.

After checking out the included video with my social media recruiting tips, I would love your thoughts and, how I can help you best. My goal, is to continue serving the network marketing community to help them increase engagement, build trust and actively sell/recruit using social media — the RIGHT way.
