The 2 Motivational Tips that can Change your Life

Making a decision and taking the necessary steps to implement that decision, are the major nuggets anyone looking to achieve their goals and dreams need. If you’re in struggling in business there are always a variety reasons but mastering these two motivation tips could be the game changer for you!

They’re the foundation. The beginning. They’re everything. So, where do one start?

Decide what it is you hope to accomplish and that overall you are planning to do better.

You want to eliminate the negativity from your life — people, places and things. Negativity breeds negativity so you want to be very mindful about what you keep around you. Don’t let the toxicity of others invade your space when you are making a commitment to make change.

Get around the dreamers, the doers, the light bringers! And, we’ve talked about it before but make sure you write it down! Studies have shown that people who write down their goals, ambitions and aspirations are 42% more likely to achieve them if they were written down.

Stats person or not — That’s a big deal!

Now secondly, you want to set yourself up to take the right (and necessary) steps to implement the changes needed to achieve the decision you made. As you know, it typically takes 21 days to create a new habit (and only a few to break one).

So, start with the basic steps you will need to achieving that big goal or dream you’re after.

Write them down, everywhere. I always suggest to my clients that they use post-it notes because you stick them just about anywhere — and I’d encourage you to! Maybe re-writing them everyday will be effective for you, for some simply seeing them again and again is a great way to embed it in their minds. Regardless of which feels best for you, do it!
